Product Description

 

MDS Series digital torque wrench adopts a high-precision, low-power intelligent microprocessor as the core control chip, and
applies digital processing technology and strain sensing technology to accurately and intuitively display the measured tightening
torque with a four-and-a-half-digit liquid crystal display.
It is equipped with a variety of torque preload and measurement modes, and can be used to store data.

Product Features

 

1. Panel software adjustment and bidirectional linear correction;
2. Power-on self-test and automatic zero setting
3. Automatic shutdown after two minutes without signal;
4. Torque direction and under voltage prompt;
5. Switch between three measurement units(N.m, 1bf.ft, 1bf.in)
6. Switch between two working modes (peak, tracking);
7. Arbitrary alarm value setting sound and light alarm;
8. Backlight display, if there is a button or there is a large value change, the backlight will be on, and it 

    will automatically turn off after 20 seconds of no operation;
9. Voltage display:
    When DC ≥ 2.8V, the battery will display a full grid;
    When DC < 2.8V ≥ 2.6V, the battery icon will display two grid;
    When DC < 2.6V ≥ 2.5V, the battery icon will display one grid;
    When<2.5V≥2.3V; the battery icon is completely empty;
    When DC<2.3V; the battery icon displays "LO-b" for 2 seconds, and then automatically shuts down;

The wrench is a replaceable head, and the ratchet head can be removed and replaced with a special head.
